Although we did eat lunch here, it is more for desserts. The food was ok but the service was brilliant and so were the milkshakes - probably the best we've had. The server couldn't have done enough for us, especially with our newborn in toe - he offered to warm bottles and tell us where the changing area was before I even asked. He was really polite and attentive.

What a great find. Sad to see it was so quiet. You order and pay online using a QR code/app which is brilliant, so COVID compliant. The coffee was lovely. The girls serving were great. They were promoting outside to get more custom. Will definately go back and would highly recommend it!!

One of, if not the, best dessert restaurant around the area. Whether you want a dessert or a hot meal item (chicken, burger, pizza etc) they cater for both ends of the spectrum. The people who work there are really friendly and kind, and the food is delicious. When I went there I had a pizza and a milkshake, both I strongly recommend, and I am certain I will go there again!

My kids and I ate here today. Staff are very friendly welcoming and kind. We ordered bagels and pizzas the quality and quantity was perfect very tasty much better than your pizza huts. Would certainly come here again. Thank you creams Upminster. ..happy customer

I visited here for the first time the other day, and the food was very nice. A place where you can get all of your sweets and treats is a very good idea. If I was closer by, I'd be having American waffles for breakfast all of the time.
My only complaint is that there isn't a all you can eat option.

Delicious vast range of ice cream at this shop. Open until late, other options included waffles, crepes and cake. Also milkshakes available.

Took my son and few of his friends for birthday treat. Atmosphere was really nice and staff was friendly and attentive. Food came out pretty quick and all together even tho we have ordered a lot. And it was delicious!! Would 100% recommend! We will be back soon. Thanks guys for such a lovely evening

We visited Creams today. The service was warm and efficient. The mouthwatering myriad of choices on the menu made deciding what to have incredibly difficult. We had the Canadian waffles and were very impressed at the portions. Thanks to all the staff. Keep up the good work! Wishing you guys an assuredly prosperous 2017.
