The Pepperpot Brasserie

Stopped by chance here and 6 of us had a delicious Sunday roast, all home made with fresh veg, and fruit picked from their garden made into crumble for dessert. Excellent friendly service and very reasonably price, also fantastic destination alongside the river! Definitely would recommend a visit here!!

Visited today on the way home from Tewkesbury and it happened to be the village folk festival. Despite it being very busy, the staff were extremely accommodating in managing to get a table set up for us. They are very dog friendly and our pup loved having a fuss from the staff. My son was also very happy having new people make a fuss of him too. The food was excellent and we cannot recommend the cheeseburger or the venison sausages enough! The cheeseburger in particular was thoroughly enjoyed. The prices are excellent value - £9 for a freshly made, very good quality cheeseburger, chips and salad, and equally priced venison, mash and gravy, and (freshly cooked honey roast) ham egg and chips. We would 100% recommend and we will be returning in the future.

Well this is a really nice place, Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere, they had the music festival on in upton upon severn and was busy but the staff were still very good, Have a really lovely seating area outside next to the river and one behind the pub, they even do doggy ice-cream to help them keep cool, plenty of seating inside also, I would go here again and recommend, Upton Upon Severn is also a beautiful little place with lovely shops and it's interesting, has a museum called the tudor house and places to sit by the river

While visiting my parents in Upton Upon Severn from Australia we had a family get together Lunch Time meal at The Kings Head in celebrating my parents Blue Sapphire 65th Wedding Anniversary on 30/03/22 & dad's 92nd birthday the same day. Excellent friendly service & excellent food & we had arranged a special anniversary cake made elsewhere. Meals were very reasonable in price & a good meal choice selection from the menu planner.
