The worst coffee I've ever had; the cappuccino was luke warm, so it had already been sat for 10mins on the side waiting for someone to order one, I even had to wait a couple of minutes for them to work through the ticket numbers to serve it, and they didn't even put the chocolate on it. Useless
The place was dead the staff seemed mad and annoyed only 2 other people were there . 25 minutes for3 meals , this isn’t fast food . Our chicken wasn’t chicken it was a cheese burger and a burger we ordered with no cheese had 2 slices of cheese . And when we got it it was stone cold and the chips weren’t salty at all horrible!
A fairly big restaurant within the M5 services. Plenty of self-service machines and service was pretty quick given it was busy.
Cant complain. Food was good considering it was busy. Staff work like machines. Great visit.
Good atmosphere but selected items in the menu.
Party of 5 stopped for lunch about 2pm. Had to wait 30 minutes for food and drinks. Not very fast food. Wish we had carried on.
