Best chippy I've ever been to, and I've been to a few. Quality fish always fresh and moist. Generous chips and pukka pies. What more could you want? 😁

Very friendly bunch, massive portions of chips, too much for one person. I've been using them on and off for 20 years. Big queues on Fridays outside since the pandemic, I haven't seen any of the staff coughing so feel quite safe. I wouldn't travel any further to find a better chippie, I don't think there is one.

Fantastic chippy, the best haddock and chips we've EVER had. Brilliant service. Lovely little seating area at the side to eat plated meals. While our haddock was freshly cooked we were asked if we'd like to sit inside out of the cold. Very clean and comfortable area. Highly recommend.

Very good Fish and Chips! Would recommend. Cod was truly excellent, definitely can tell a quality piece of Fish, and cooked just right. only a little more than your average chippy. but since it's a touristy spot and good quality fish it seems reasonable! Would eat here again.

Recently moved to the area - this is our local, a pretty good chippie. Decent fish and chips, ready cooked on both occasions we have visited so far - ask for small unless you have a very large appetite! Serving through two windows so no need to go inside at present.

Great portions and beautiful fish. Really well organised and rapid service. Wandered down to the river to enjoy a lovely supper. Just a little expensive - our local hippie is over £4 cheaper for same order.
