I absolutely love that I can finally get gluten free chippy when I fancy it. And not just fish & chips. They have gluten free pies etc.
The staff are always friendly and the service is spot on. I've even rang ahead when I was in a rush. I've never eaten in the cafe side, but I've seen a lot of customers use it.
If you are ever fancy a chippy day, take a visit to Whittakers, you won't regret it 😉

The best. The team are always really friendly despite generally being rushed of their feet and seem to know all the names of the regulars. I love the decor in the little cafe area; proper quaint. Check out the pea fritters.
