The coffee is always good,and the staff are friendly.
Friendly, efficient staff, really nice atmosphere, the limited edition kitkat hot chocolate is epic, have never had that much whipped cream on top of one before, amazing. If it's busy downstairs, check upstairs as there's plenty of seats up there, and you get a good view of the square out of the windows.
Good selection of drinks, both hot and cold. Limited selection of cakes, but then ones we chose were delicious
I go in the Urmston Manchester branch on a Wednesday and I just wanted to say how lovely and catering the staff are particularly Charlotte who is always polite friendly and helpful to customers that need that extra help Thank you
