Frankie & Benny's

I went on a Saturday afternoon with a Groupon offer which made it really good value. A few issues with what was included on the deal and what wasn't but we worked around it easily. Didn't have to wait too long for the food. Portions were quite small but tasty. Calamari was crispy and hot then the risotto was lovely but didn't feel the burgers were such good value by comparison. Staff efficient and friendly. Desserts looked nice and lemon meringue bomb very tasty. It's a while since I have been and was quietly impressed as they have definitely upped their quality/game and would recommend a trip there.

Let me start off by saying, this review is based on the NEW menu that was released a few weeks ago. The food was overall 4 star, it was served to us on time, cooked to perfection and exactly as we ordered it. The portions where of a good size and well presented. As a side note: - The facilities where clean and fully stocked. - Our waitress “Rhiannon” was extremely polite and down to earth. She was always there when we needed something and got the orders spot on.

Went for a birthday evening meal on Friday night (19 April) and had a great experience. We were seated straight away and the drinks came over promptly. The manager, Mark, served us and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a double cheeseburger, which was delicious. We had a lovely time, and would certainly recommend.

My husband and our kids ate at Frankie and Bennies Uttoxeter for Mother’s day today. The steak was great quality and perfectly cooked (rare as I like it!) and the kids menu had lots of choice at great value. I was also surprised to find lots of healthy choices (swapping fries for salad etc). The service was excellent from the start and our waiter Mark was great and very friendly, he even put up with us being awkward with what we wanted.

A fantastic meal today at Frankie and Bennies. A lovely atmosphere - friendly, engaging staff especially Mark our server who couldn't do enough for us. The food was wonderful, timed to perfection and the restaurant was buzzing. A perfect way to spend mothers day! We will be recommending to our friends and family!

Came in here a couple hours back, was served by Jess and the service was absolutely fantastic, very polite, very sweet and straight to the point! top marks for customer care from this young lady! the food was amazing, came quickly and the atmosphere was impeccable aside from an upset customer which was immediately resolved straight away as jess tended to their needs. would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming again! Bravo!

Me, my husband and our toddler nipped in for tea on a quiet Monday night! Served mainly by Amy Hart! Slight mix up by someone else with our order but was easily sorted! Husband was even given a free drink so he was chuffed! Lovely service all staff were really friendly and helpful! Not been to this branch before would gladly return!
