Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Pleasant atmosphere both inside and out. Impressive selection of toiletries in the ladies' toilet. We always come here when we visit Uttoxeter. Fabulous place.
What a lovely welcoming pub, stopped in for a drink and was hearing all the plans for the festive period. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy some of them
Great pub in the town centre , lovely welcome from locals and landlord Denise :) great drinks selection with decent prices , I used the new Order and Pay system and got a further 10% discount bargain!!

A lad from Manchester and came in for the first time and all I can say is what a warm welcome from Dennis. I must say one of the best pubs in uttoxeter.
Finished off a day out in this bar. Sadly no real ale; possibly been drunk dry on a busy weekend plus England women winning Euro's. (Marston's pub.) Locals had clearly been partying. Finished night off with double G & T's.
I really like the Smithfield on and off for many years now. Proper pub with good lager at a fair price. Dukebox if you're in the mood for that. Highly recommended.
