O, Dear! 1. The App/Order from the table - why do I have to log in to use this, so you can get my data I suppose? - If I order over the counter I do not have to give you personal data to use the app? Also, why can I not (on my visit) order Wine from the App - I had to go and stand at the counter, queue and do this - pointless.... 2. Front of house staff, one asked if we had been waiting long, and then ignored what we said and went about cleaning tables, when our food arrived another asked if we had everything, we said no, he nodded and walked off and did a tidy up of a table or two.... - pointless asking then! 3. Food, as nice as ever I suppose - but a few things need fixing folks... Back Oct 23... why better today!

It was my birthday so decided to visit a town local and a classic. To our surprise it was busy on a Tuesday evening and we had to wait for about 40 minutes. We tried the new Loaded fries. Although they tasted nice I feel like they were over hyped and over priced. just some sauce, onions and the tiniest bit of chicken. other than that we ordered a extra hot whole chicken with side of corn, garlic bread, mash and broccoli. The extra hot wasn’t hot at all! I definitely feel like they went every light with the glaze or have changed the strength of the sauce and unfortunately all the extra hot / vusa additional sauces were in use so Im guessing all the guests that day felt the same. none the less it was a great meal.

Food was amazing and filling. I had the hot Boneless chicken with 2 sides being chips and garlic bread for £14.50 as a meal with unlimited drink included. Food was £43.50 total for 3 people. Atmosphere was good the waiter took me up to the top floor to sit and eat with a view of the street looking out the window. Service was good, I was greeted and felt respected and comfortable. Very helpful and nice staff and service. 5* from me!
