Pizza Hut

We went last night and the customer service was so amazing! We were served by Ali, who went above and beyond and we couldn't thank him enough as he really did make it worth travellng to this branch. After covid - good customer service is hard to come by so I want to thank Ali for making our dinner date a great experience! Thank you Ali!

I enjoyed being served here. The ambience of the restaurant was cosy, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Especially Ali. The food was delicious as well. The service and hygiene were excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend that you come here and enjoy your food. If I ever find the time, I would like to think I'd be coming to enjoy my meal here again.

Recently ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and there was a pizza missing. We called them up and explained the situation and they were incredibly apologetic, explaining that they were training a new cook and that if we were to come in they would make us the order again fresh. So me and my partner went in and they greeted us at the door, apologising profusely and offering a free drink while we waited for our pizzas to be finished cooking. We waited patiently and, when they brought the freshly cooked pizzas out, they gave us a complimentary drink as an apology. In my opinion, they have gone above and beyond their service and truly made me and my partner very happy with their service. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady on staff tonight as she especially deserves recognition for how kind she was and how well she treated us.

Visited the Uxbridge branch with my family and received amazing service from Ali and Hadi. Both were so friendly and welcoming who wanted to go above and beyond for our needs! The food was also very good and we even took lots home to have the next day. Thank you Ali for being amazing I hope that you are recognized by your managers, you made our evening even more enjoyable.

Wow, wow, wow! To my astonishment the vegan pepperoni pizza was amazing! I had standard motzarella cheese with vegan pepperoni. I will come back. I hope this will be permanent on the menu. The restaurant is cozy and quiet. Food was ready in less then 10min. Staff is very friendly. The GOATS cheese pizza was lush too.

I haven't been to a Pizza Hut for almost a decade due to a bad experience at one in Scotland, I decided to try it again and headed into this one. I was greeted by warm welcoming staff and a nice seat and table, restaurant was clean and tidy, we chose to have the sharer deal, salad was fresh and very tasty, drinks were good value and the food was lovely. I recommend this meal deal which represents excellent value. My only slight gripe is basically having to serve myself e.g. Salad, drinks, ice cream.
