Nice place to have burgers and pasta.. We tried the veg and vegan items and it all was yumm... the manager helped us with offers and suggestions.. Ambience is quite nice.. you'll enjoy this place... Most friendly and welcoming staff.. neat and clean dinning area and toilets..

Great place, food is fantastic and reasonably priced and staff are both friendly and attentive. The pace has modern comfortable decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere which is a nice contrast to the busy world outside.

Ordered two of the meat plates, fantastic steak perfectly cooked, chicken and pork soft and juicy, melts in the mouth, lovely. A very delicious meal and great value for money too.

Our server tonight was Faith... She is amazing! She was friendly, customer service was brilliant and she made us laugh continually throughout our meal. Not only that but the food was beautiful... We even took some home in a goody box to have later!! Thanks to everyone at the Uxbridge branch :)

Italian American style. Large variety of dishes to choose from. Starters can be quite filling, so I chose two starters for my dinner - more variety on the table! Friendly staff, great food, cosy home-feel atmosphere. Would definitely go again.

The food was quite good, and the person serving us was very helpful and polite. However, the service was very slow. We waited a long time before they were available to take our order, and the first order was for drinks only. The drinks took a long time to arrive and when they did, they didn't take our food order. So we had to wait another 10 minutes to place our order for food. When they took our food order we had to wait over 30 minutes to receive our order.
This continued as we finished our main course and had to wait a long time to place our dessert order. Once again the order took a long time to arrive. We didn't place any further drink orders because we didn't have time to wait.
Yet another very long wait to get the bill, and then another very long time for them to take our payment.
The restaurant was very busy during our visit and they seemed to be very short staffed. They only had two or three staff on the floor, and that included the manager who was also serving. So hopefully it will be better next time we visit. If there were another one or two serving staff on the floor then I think things would have been much better. The food was good so we will definitely give them another chance.

It’s a nice place with a good atmosphere. The food is similar to other Frankie and Benny’s restaurants. The staff is friendly. It is located inside intu Uxbridge centre and after the closing of the mall, you need to go through the cinema to access the restaurant.
