Edited to one star: Walked in, asked for Halloumi wrap, and the guy looked at me blankly and said they don't do them. I said I'd had them there before and he just shrugged at me. Needless to say went next door to Peri Cottage and happily got my wrap from there instead.
Original review: Halloumi wrap is good - £6.50 with chips but no drink, so more expensive than the nearby peri cottage - but the salad was fresh and the chips were fantastic (nice chilli sauce too)

Disgusting customer service. Unbelievably rude.
Ordered a kebab with only lettuce.
Received one covered in pickles, chillis and an assortment of other things.
Called the restaurant. They sent a replacement.
Replacement exactly the same.
Man on the phone INCREDIBLY RUDE. Told me I must be drunk because there was only lettuce on it!
I requested a refund and he put the phone down.
How are these people allowed to work in customer service. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

The chicken fillet burger buns were soggy. There was no salad in the burger as advertised. There were no sauces inside. The chicken fillet itself was sticky and chewy.
The vegetarian burger was not edible. Half could not be eaten due to distaste. All the chips were soggy and tasted old. The chips were not fresh, not hot and not crispy. The lamb doner and chicken doner were hard in pieces. Overall one of the most horrible meals we have ordered. No sauce tubs, no drink offers and no tissues :-(

it was the worst food I've ever had, the best thing in there is the Fanta drink. the staff are nice and friendly but there was a hair in my food. they gave us something we didnt ask for and had to pay for it which was dry and horrible

extremely unprofessional behaviour from the owner to each one of workers, and i can clearly see no one is happy in here. I am Turkish, they know me and I know them. If there was another kebab shop here, I am absolutely sure no one, NO ONE would purchase anything from here. I had a chat with the owner here and we talk about the city I am from, he made some absurd racist comments our of no where. I thought he was being sarcastic so did not really care much. Then on my next visit I ordered a Adana kebab Urfa kebab, I said exactly like that expecting knowing Indian guy who works here would know what that is, obviously he didn't know and said i know nothing about kebab. It is ok. I do not judge people with their stupidity so i carried on, explained what i've requested. He went plainly "oh you want kebab" - dear lord..... Also I am fully aware they do have card machines, and they are not using them because of commision. This is utterly crazy, they are forcing you to use card machine which charges £1.99 on withdrawal. Hell no mate, you use your PDQ, and we enjoy our food, simple as that. I am the customer, I am not going to walk near Uxbridge station just because your sake of profit revenue.
In Turkish: Cok kotu yonetiyorsunuz, musteri kaybetmek icin herseyi yapiyorsunuz abi be. Musteriye davranisiniz o kadar igrenc ve kucumser ki bir kere gelen musteri bir daha gelmez. A very bad experience…
Last night I ordered foods and drinks. They forgot the drinks (which shouldn’t happen but it can happen, I can understand,not the biggest problem) however the approach afterwards was terrible.
I called them to say the drink was missing and he said yes he’s aware he delivery guy forgot it!!! First of all if you were aware, why didn’t you send it? And wait my call to confirm it!
Second, the biggest problem is he told me he will send the drink and he never did!!!
Also the doner was very salty.
A very bad experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone…

Would give -5 stars if I could,ordered an hour ago 5min before it due to be delivered thy cancelled my order at 11.30at night.. no chance of getting anything now 🤬

They charged me 21.30 for two meals and a salad. When I asked for an explanation the guy ignored me and laughed in my face instead of listening to exactly what I wanted.The two chips they put in my bill had to be free because they were included in the meals.Of course they didn't give me the money back, not even the receipt. I will never cam back.
