For a small pub that’s a bit out of the way I’m surprised how expensive the pints are. £6.30 for Heineken, take the U2 a couple mins up the road to the Gardiners and it’s £4.50 for the same pint. It was cosey inside and seemed popular with locals, more of a 40s and over kind of crowd. It’s OK but I wouldn’t go out the way to try it.
Had a really great all day breakfast here, friendly staff, will visit again next time I need to stop off while travelling home!
