Booked a late lunch after a walk in Virginia Water. Very good food and lovely service. The pub was a bit quiet but is was past 2pm

We’ve now visited the pub 3 times in the last few weeks and we really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive. The menu includes great options and not too many so you know that the quality is going to be great. List of specials is also offering exciting options.
So glad the new management has brought this pub back to great standards again. Highly recommend it!

Small menu with some items 'off the menu' so I as worried as I don't really go out to eat have any type of burger. I decided to go for the mushroom risotto and my husband the steak pie. They were both heavenly, out of this world. Never had a risotto like it.
Fed back to the chef that the veg portion was a Little sparse given the price. Deserts were also amazing. Will go back to try a roast, as I imagine that too would be lovely. Amazing Service and friendly staff. Really worth a visit if you like tasty, home made food.

We had a delicious dinner at the newly refurbished Rose & Olive branch. Impeccable food, and if you have any room left, make sure you try the Eton Mess and Tiramasu. Dog friendly aswell, I'd highly recommend if you're ever in the area.

Amazing food, the best lobster bisque and chicken liver pâté we ever had. Very happy to have this place as our local and can not wait to try the Sunday roast. Special shout out to the amazing Archie the doggie 🐶

Reopened 19 August 2023 under new management. WEBrew Guardsman real ale, well kept, in addition to the usual. Food is quality; not cheap. Lovely to have a proper pub open again in Virginia Water, hope it's a success for Nikki and John.

The Rose and Olive Branch’ it’s at nowhere. You have to go by Callow Hill B road to find out about this place;
It’s calm and pleasant, serves delicious food, and it’s a family-run business. If you are going by Callow Hill road, it’s a must-stop spot; from 12:00 - 14:50, they serve baguette and sandwich menu it is the best.’
They have their house wine, and they also partnered up with Windsor and Eton brewery.
Overall it’s a lovely place to stop by, and there is a decent car park and toilet facility.
I payed £12.95 for the above, Chicken mayo baguette, chips and a Diet Coke.

Great little pub, bags of atmosphere with friendly, helpful bar staff. Superb, well kept beer from the Eton and Windsor Brewery - Guardsman is a triumph as a best bitter.
An extensive menu, with plenty for the vegetarians and vegans in our party and all of the food was delicious.
Thoroughly recommended and thank you very much.
