Whilst the Travelodge in Wadebridge is dire, the pub on the same site, the Falcon is brilliant.
A real friendly welcome, lovely relaxed atmosphere, good choice of drinks and a good range of food.
And it’s dog friendly, really dog friendly.
It was so nice to relax and enjoy a drink and a chat with the guys running the pub, a really lovely couple, and they spoilt our dog something rotten.
Our visit was out of season and they like many others in the hospitality industry were suffering from a shortage of staff but that had no impact on the service we received.
The Falcon is heartily recommended.

Met up with 2 friends for lunch today. We were briefed on arrival by a lovely friendly gentleman. Our meals were really tasty and good portions, and the service excellent. Will definitely be going back and congratulate the Falcon on their implementation of social distancing measures, which didnt detract from our superb experience. Thank you again
