We have been to our favourite fish and chips restaurant today. Found out they have a new item on the menu it's was a fish with scampi and chips on the same plate it was beautifully presented and as always the taste was the best in the area.
Always recomed here to our friends new and old as well as our family members.
Keep up the good work 10 out of 10 once again.

Food is really nice, all be it a little pricey, when food came out I asked for a couple of slices of bread, which I never received. But when I went to pay the bill, we'd been charged for them,the women i paid was helpful and removed the items

Good fish and chips, takeaway is very busy. If you have fish and chips, service is fast as they are churning them out. Other items are cooked to order, so a bit slower. It’s so big they can manage big orders and the big queue moves very quickly. Very fresh and hot. Big car park.

I would like to thank Janet who had taken the time out to speak to me one to one as I have a disability, hard of hearing, wearing a cochlear implant. She made feel welcome and met my needs, she taken our order with a smile and with ease. I will come back just to be serve by Janet. Lovely food and reasonable price too.

Proper fish and chips for proper folk 👌
Took my mum here for her birthday and it's probably the best fish and chips I've had for a very long time, the batter was like glass, crisp and full of flavour. The fish was perfectly cooked also.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always lovely. I couldn’t make my mind up today and had a mix of fish and scampi. Delicious 👍

Lovely food, cooked well. Staff are lovely too. Decor is a bit at odds with itself, having whales on the carpets but prints of cows on the wall but the seating is comfortable and the portions decent. Does a good deal - mains come with chips and Yorkshire tea (or cordial or fruit tea - even decaf!).

Visited on the Saturday evening before Christmas. When we arrived it was about two thirds full. However, we had to wait around 20 minutes for someone to take our order whilst staff prioritised cleaning tables! There was a further 30 minute wait for our food to arrive. The waitress came to apologise after about 20 minutes and said there was a delay because they were dealing with Christmas parties first. That said, a couple who had arrived after us received their food about 10 minutes before us. This was a shame because once we did finally receive our food, it was lovely and the staff were very friendly, so in the end we had an enjoyable meal.

Easy to find off Denby dale road opposite the tip.
Easy and level car park and parking
