Only called in for a quick drink on the way to a friends dinner do. Warm greating was received on the early Saturday evening, though the place wasn't busy. Looked promising as there was a live band later on.

Just called in for Sunday lunch. Food was excellent, best pub Sunday dinner I've had in a long time. Definitely recommend.

First time doing the quiz night. We really enjoyed it. Good atmosphere, we will definitely go back for another go and try a bit harder next time.

Popped in passing by and we had Scampi and Steak and Ale pie, which came with loads of peas and green beans and huge jug of gravy, both meals piping hot and fantastic food, will be returning soon

Sunday dinner here is absolutely banging. We’ve been a few times and it’s always been amazing and I have high standards 😂. Definitely worth a visit. They do a large version too, it was massive. Two huge Yorkies, chicken and beef (quality thick slices), roasties, creamy mash, cabbage, carrots, green beans and loads of tasty gravy. All tastes proper home made. Better than most chain pubs for sure 👌

Great food cooked fresh and to perfection.very clean place fast service. Only problem was the kids meal came last but it was straight after the adults but kids can't wait.still be going again though
