I absolutely love this Starbucks, I visit daily and Martin especially always makes my day! Remembers your name what your preferences are and nothing seems too much trouble for him. If he is the manager, he is leading by example as the whole team are so friendly. You lot are doing a great job. Thanks for making my mornings!

Staff were great, pretty good choice of drinks normally, the cinnamon swirls were delicious and the place was nice and tidy...

Love trinity walk Starbucks! Always feel welcomed, even when I have my husky with me unlike the one at snowhill!
Update, Visited today after work and whilst there, a young girl came in needing some first aid for a cut on her arm. The last behind the counter was all too happy to help and was a superstar throughout! I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but massive shout out to you, you're a huge credit to Starbucks!

Lovely staff, helpful and sweet BUT nowhere else in the world are we expected to eat cold cinnamon scrolls. The staff showed us that regulations prevented them from heating it up. That is safety gone wrong somehow
