Ordered free nuggets and purchased 8 more. Asked for 6 sweet n sour dip. I was charged $1.25. I questioned it. I was told you get 2 for each order. So I should be getting 4 free for my 2 orders and pay only for 2. I was told I'd just get them then but I was charged for 2..not a good trip this time.

Waiting to long for the food, also I went there twice the the order was was mixed up, husband can't eat pickles they put it I his sandwich anyway, check your order before leaving the window

Update: came back a few hrs later and
they replaced the sandwich with a non-oil soaked one so we good
Most of the time they’re okay. Sometimes the food taste stale like it’s been left out for a while or like it was reheated after sitting out. Today I had a bad experience. I ordered a mcchicken which I usually do, but this time it taste like it was completely soaked in oil, I was in a rush to get back to work so I ate it anyways as I had nothing else. Felt like I was going to puke for 2 hours straight

Food is decent like other Burger Kings; we both like the Beyond (vegetarian) Burger. Nice staff that works fast and does a good job. The staff makes return visits easy to continue to make.:-)

The employees are friendly. It's clean generally there and the interior wad very nice. I have been to Burger King in awhile and my visit today was nice. My mother and I enjoyed the bite and would love to go again.
The only reason I deduct a star is because the manager did get upset with the employee who forgot my shake. It happens and it was fixed but the manager was rude to her employee. She looked like she was being pulled back and forth and I wasn't upset. I don't understand why the manager had to act the way she did.
