This is the only take away place I order from. It is consistently of a very high standard. I was recommended here after trying to find a good Indian take away in the Ossett/Dewsbury area and haven’t looked back. I always collect, the bad reviews appear to be from delivery. I am always met by super friendly staff too…keep up the good work!
This my go to place for authentic restaurant quality curries and high quality delicious starters! The food is always piping hot and always freshly made to order. So expect to wait a little. Staff behind the counter have always been friendly and helpful. They've always been fairly priced, largely selection of food and great value.
note: If you collect you get a discount Can't recommend their food enough!
Absolutely first class service and the food was lovely. Hot and fresh and my chicken tikka madras had plenty of tasty chicken. Would definitely recommend it’s a little gem in Ossett and great value with a 25% reduction if you collect. Highly commended
By far, the best takeaway I've ever had. Restaurant quality, always hot, super tasty, great price with collection discounts and fantastic size portions. Family and friends look forward to takeaway night from Ossett spice as it never disappoints.
Spent many years to find a good curry in Dewsbury, batley or ossett and this is the perfect gem. Starters, mains, delivery and service all 5 stars. Cant stop going back. Thank you to all at Ossett Spice
Running out of words for this place! The food is terrific, everytime I order. Would advise to collect as the wait on delivery can be frustrating (as you can see from other reviews) but the price, quality and portions never disappoint
Got a curry from this place tonight having had bad experiences from the majority of places in Ossett and was massively impressed, will 100% be using this place again! Superb curry, big portions, chips are easily enough for 2 people in one portion.
I still stand by my above review, Ossett Spice has been a big part of my life over the last 3 years, but I’ve now tried everything on their menu. I know exactly what I’m gonna be expecting when the delivery driver turns up, I know this isn’t necessarily a bad thing but I’m 33 this year and I’m at a point in my life where I need abit excitement, suspense, abit of mystery… Which is why tonight I’ve opted to order from Red Chilli in Wakefield- their menu has a lot more depth and I genuinely believe if Ossett Spice updated their menu then they could conquer Wakefield. And I would most certainly be back where I belong.
Absolutely amazing (as always!) . Cannot fault the quality and standards of this place! Tonight has been shocking weather and still Ali and his team went above and beyond to provide top notch service and food! The BEST Indian food in Yorkshire by a mile!

Best in Ossett, finally we have authentic Indian food! (according to my Indian friend). Received a takeaway and it was of the highest quality with excellent customer service!
Tried all other indian restaurants and takeaways locally and these guys far surpass in terms of quality, taste and service. They ought to have a restaurant on Ossett high street!
