Not once have i got a correct order, last time i got the wrong sandwich, this time my coffee was only ⅔ full and without syrup. Id understand it if id ordered at 11am or loads of food, but i didnt. Please do better …
Always friendly staff who greet you with a smile and even in busy times like the lunch rush service does not take long

Great service from Sam today. After having a poor experience at Gregg’s in Richmond where I was served cold food that had been sat there for hours, had to bin it & the staff member was terrible. Sam went above and beyond to make sure our food was warm & fresh. Top customer service.
