Very friendly staff. Not rushed at all.None of the usual irritations with car parking (having to pay, give car number, then claim back etc) -- machines out of action owing to Covid-19. No music--nice! Peaceful environment. Food standard pub grub, which is what we wanted.

We’ve only recently started to frequent the lighthouse. But, the food is always delicious and at a great price, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. I really recommend the small plates when there.

Had a meet up with friends for a meal this evening. On the overall impressed with food. Staff were fabulous. All really pleasant and laughed along with us when ordering.
My steak had a large amount of fat and sinue in it (way more than my friends same meal) Jay the server was super apologetic and sorted out a free drink as apology and he was so pleasant to all of us. Super super lovely member of staff. Having worked in the pub industry I can say I wish all my staff had been as pleasant as Jay. Would have made my life so much easier!

Had a brilliant night tonight while out with friends. Our server, Jay, was brilliant. Polite, friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. Really made the night a good one. Food was lovely too.
