Considering that within a 4 minute walk is a starbucks and Caffè cream plus several other local coffee shops this one is always busy, I feel that speaks volumes as starbucks is always empty.

Came to New Brighton and whilst the weather wasn't the best, the service and atmosphere made everything all so much better, Ruth the manager there is super lovely and nice and Stevie who makes the coffees is incredible at what she does, best Costa I've been in and I've been all around the country ☺️

Lovely as usual. They were out of the bubbles for a particular bubble tea so mixed up a new combo for my niece which pleased her to no end.

Consistent quality of food and drinks in Costa.
Easily accessible, whether via car (loads of car parking outside) bus (stops about 50m away) or via train (with New Brighton Station about 200m away).
Decent size inside with around 80 seats for customers.
Very friendly staff, as there always is.
The rewards scanner wasn't working, which is rare.
A great meeting place, with loads of choice of alternative bars, restaurants and coffee shops all along the promenade.

We went to the New Brighton Costa today, it was fairly busy, but we expected this as it was a bank holiday, but the staff were friendly, helpful and polite, such a lovely customer service. We were given great advice on our order, and even though they were busy they took the time to help us with both our food and drink selections. I cannot recommend highly enough, so lovely to be greeted and served with such lovely smiling faces on a rainy day

A great little lunch break before I checked into hotel after getting off the train near the promenade in New Brighton an iced coffee and cheese toastie delicious
