First thing is we were able to schedule an appointment last minute. Mike was very accommodating and flexible with the time for the meeting. When we got there he greeted us warmly. He explained everything clearly and helped us find a mattress for each family member. Delivery was on time as expected. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.

He helped us figure out what type of mattress we needed and wanted. He was up-front about his pricing. No hidden extra charges.
