Staff a bit rude in taking orders. I do love hot chocolate of nero and also the juices etc. The staff needs to be a bit gentle. The place is clean

I would give no stars if I could. How they are charging customers for food and when someone who clearly knows the staff asks them will you charge me and she says no I don’t really know how this is fair!!
I asked for my pastry’s to be heated up as I changed my mind and stayed in to have it. Lady snatched the bag off me and when ready dashed them on a plate and replied here very rudely.

I wanted to use my free coffee voucher which expires today and I went to this Cafe Nero to get it. They turned me away saying they were closed even though they were still open. If you close before 5:30pm, put the correct time on there please. I wasted my time coming here.

I would give no stars if i could! On numerous occasions i have thought about writing a review but not bothered. I really enjoy nero coffee however the staff in wallington let the brand down. They are rude, sarcastic and have poor customer service skills. They clearly do not enjoy their job and take their frustration out on their customers. I would much rather drive to banstead which is a further drive. The reason for me writing this review is this morning i received a coffee that tasted like the milk was off so i kindly asked for a replacement and was responded to with a sigh and a roll of the eyes. I am a customer that comes in every morning and I won't be returning again!

Very friendly cafe. Ladies staff are helpful and friendly, always have smile face. Like to come to take a break. Feel relax
But the manager is awful , always heard she is shouting

Even though I have been a loyal customer but I an many other customers you company is forcing us to play credit and debit card where we and vast number wish to pay cash. forcing us to have to what much longer I and do not appreciate your policy at this moment I will resist not using card and encourage others
