Visited the Wallsend High Street shop. The staff were very pleasant and chatty, much improved since my last visit in the shop. Keep up the good work, thanks for the awesome cappuccino as always.

Best coffee is from Costa friendly staff as you'd expect speedy service didn't like my last coffee but that was down to me and not staff

Quite a few negative reviews here. I've never had a bad experience here myself. You get the occasional member of staff that thinks you're beneath them. However, the majority of the staff are really nice and very friendly.

Good coffee and helpful busy staff. Store is busy with high noise level from the road. Made up for pleasant atmosphere and good location. Staff made excellent beverages all hot and as requested.
