Great consistent Costa service, comfy seats, and a great place to sit and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a few drinks.
Visited the Wallsend High Street shop. The staff were very pleasant and chatty, much improved since my last visit in the shop. Keep up the good work, thanks for the awesome cappuccino as always.
Spacious and comfortable, there's plenty of seating and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Staff are helpful but as has been said, they aren't very cheery. Prices and what's on.offer are typical of any Costa.
Quite a few negative reviews here. I've never had a bad experience here myself. You get the occasional member of staff that thinks you're beneath them. However, the majority of the staff are really nice and very friendly.
The coffee is also lovely
Nice coffee. Only thing that would make it perfect, add the offer ofcinnamon to the top of milky coffees (like Starbucks)
Best coffee is from Costa friendly staff as you'd expect speedy service didn't like my last coffee but that was down to me and not staff

Become quite a regular. No coffee quite like costas... shop is clean, staff are all friendly and a nice atmosphere in the shop, not that I sit in all the time, couldn’t fault the place tho.
Good but the staff serving us was distracted a few times and left us in suspense. More attention to customers please, serving 2 at the same time is not nice.
Good coffee and helpful busy staff. Store is busy with high noise level from the road. Made up for pleasant atmosphere and good location. Staff made excellent beverages all hot and as requested.
The guys working there today are the dream of every customer anywhere. So polite, so nice, so patient (my card was playing) and so pleasant to deal with.
The coffee was fantastic and just the way I love it.

Drinks are extremely good and better than any costa I've been to. Staff are very nice and patient and always ask if i want extra things on my drinks which i never knew were available (Which no other costa has!). The staff always offer a cup holder when i order more than one cup too. The place looks

Really friendly staff, did a mistake on the app and the guy behind the counter helped me sort it. Made the coffees very quick and tasted so nice. Much better than the trinity Square one!
