Good shop, managed to get what I want from here be it clothes or food without any problems.
Though be aware on Sundays they do open about 10:30ish but you can't use the self serve tills or tills until 11am, though this could have changed since the last time I was there that early!

The shop is really spacious and easy to find things staff are very helpful. We also went in the cafe and the staff are friendly and the service was brilliant, we had literally just sat down and our food was ready. Very clean and plenty of places to sit and good priced. Will for sure be going back

Booked a bra measuring appointment at M&S Silverlink Store today , I checked in with Amanda & she was exceptional from start to finish. Professional, total knowledge & experience of her trade & products, she kept my dignity & was so friendly & caring. Thankyou so much Amanda.🙂

Bit of a strange set-up since refurbishment ....
I spent ages trying to find an escalator and ended up taking a lift to the upper level instead (which wasn't easy to find). Once I got up there I was happy enough and found the escalator to take me back down.
The layout of the shop is nice and spacious.
The floor staff can prove difficult to find at times but they are always extremely accommodating.
I love the new food court - very nice shopping experience.
I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lovely porched breakfast as long as they don't run out of avocados, I like the venue, it's bright and clean and the staff are lovely, coffee is strong but not bitter, will defiantly go back.

Some of the staff are lovely, but mainly upstairs for some reason!! Great bra fitting service also!
I Was served by a lovely lady in the upstairs department this evening, and but the staff at the tills in the food can be rather aloof for a better word! So why I knocked a star off as I have found this a few times now!

The food area is compact but has a nice layout, clean and well spaced. I went in around 6.30pm so was able to pick up some bargains including wedges of cheese for 38p! Nice friendly staff too.

Well laid out store with friendly staff. Nice and quiet, during the week, in the evenings. Pushchair / Wheelchair friendly. Private cafe coffeeshop is a real treat. Good food hall with a fair selection. Convenient free parking close to the entrances.
