Thank you Angela for your calm, kind, and friendly service. We'd had a really stressful afternoon and the self service machines breaking down were nearly the last straw for us. You swept in and looked after us and made our afternoon. McDonald's hasn't felt that much of a treat since we were kids - thanks Angela!

Normally a good example of McDonald's, but today's visit was cold stale food and a headset girl who couldn't/wouldn't take the link code to my McDonald's App.

Recent branch upgrade - I've not dined in yet but used drive-thru twice. Not impressed. Ordering mic seems poorly positioned and order taker is difficult to hear with their comms set picking up too much background conversation. Packaging of meal does not insulate very well for a takeaway product.

New staff were very accommodating toward the customers, seating has improved, table service now must be completed at the counter (despite the number stands being on the machines), staff are very helpful and try their hardest to seat everyone accordingly. Very impressive 👍

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and bent over backwards for my daughter. They made it a very pleasant experience. Service was exceptionally quick even despite how busy. Best McDonald's experience I've had in Newcastle. Massive thumbs up for the staff here.
