Staff were good. But rushed off their feet. Need someone else or two . To be more efficient. Orders being prioritised over shop customers. Customers being told. You may not get, what you ordered. More food raw material. If that is the case

I arrived after ordering on their app, and when I arrived the order was taking a while to come through, which I completely understand I could see they were busy. They noticed I had been waiting a while and asked me what my order was, to find that through no fault of their own my order didn't go through, obviously this wasn't ideal but mistakes do happen, I was very impressed with how the staff dealt with it, giving me a full refund and some extra food. The food was lovely by the way.
Just a reminder to be nice to people in customer service, they're doing their best!

Classic Wallsend KFC tea for me and the lad. Can't complain at a boneless banquet for one x2.
Whilst the menu is classic they probably could do with changing it a little or adding something on.
The Wallsend branch is clean and friendly staff, who from what I've seen a few times get some grief off the weena Wallsend kids. Fair play for staying professional cause anyone else would batter them. (No pun intended).

The food here is enjoyed by most. It has a nice tangy spice to it and there is good texture for most of the food here. The chips have degraded from the original KFC chips but overall food is enjoyable. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is mostly fast when there is less people. The tables are clean when you come in (most of the time) and there is pleasant smell when you come in. The lights are dim but there are a lot of them which makes it a lot better. Overall the food is nice, the atmosphere is great and the music is pretty normal.

Always get my food from here never disappoint me. Lovely and friendly staff and will go extra mile. I had forgotten my shades in the shop and rang back if they had it; they kept it for me until I picked them up. Thank you very much everyone for your hard work. 👍😉
