You could be the only customer and you still get painfully slow service. To top it off Today they had ran out of sausage rolls and the majority of bakes. When asked how long for fresh ones I was told 15 minutes. So took the last chicken bake and a coffee. The bake was freezing cold and the coffee was lukewarm.
Selection looked extensive and sumptuous, however the young man serving said very little of it was very warm so ended up having just a sausage roll at a mediocre temperature. This was Medway Services, relatively busy so why nothing warm enough?!
