We love the place! We are regulars and have never had any issues at all. The food and staff are amazing. Its beautifull and clean. The prices are outstanding! You cant beat the price for what you get! Its perfect for birthday and anniversary celebrations too and the staff are allways happy to help!! The brewers fayre club is amazing too eseshially if you are regulars, we have saved alot with the club. Me, Stu & the kids love the place!!
This restaurant have never disappoint me. The food has always been excellent and the staff has always been great, even if it sometimes are busy. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good range of options on the unlimited cooked breakfast. You get unlimited juice and Costa coffee as well as anything from the continental breakfast buffet. I was very happy with everything on the cooked breakfast other than the black pudding. It could have done with being cooked for longer. Overall, it was a good breakfast and I will happily eat there again.

Amazing large meal. Went for Lasagne, and the Sirloin steak. Food was delicious and 100% worth the £10-12 each. They did not get a 5 star because they didn't have the Mixed Grill that I wanted, and then didn't have The chili shredded beef that I wanted, both run out. Other than that, great place, tasty food.
Food was lovely. Steak was cooked perfectly. Place didn't seem busy. But I had half hour between my starter and main. Possibly short staffed maybe? Breakfast next morning was good. Plenty to choose from
Ok, this started off really badly. Arrived on a Sunday to find the restaurant closed at 830. Went down for dinner about 8. Ordered a black and blue burger, they brought a burrito. Had an argument about it then maybe about 20 minutes later at about quarter to nine I got my meal
....worst meal I have ever had in a hotel, a lump of the sole of a trainer between some dry bread and cold chips... No one around to complain to, kitchen closed.
The rest of the week the food was good to very good, nothing was excellent, but nothing average, the bar staff excellent, rooms comfortable. Staff on reception were excellent.
But Walsall is awful, but that, in and of itself is not, alone, a criticism of the Premier Inn.
I will stay again. Probably not on a Sunday night.
Ideal location for food and drink away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Great in summer being next to the cut ( canal ) it has the Premier Inn next door / on top so ideal place to grab breakfast / lunch or dinner if staying in the local areas. easy walking distance from the town less than a minute. There is a car park but this is chargeable. Friendly welcome and place looked tidy and quite for a Friday lunch / afternoon. The 2 meals for £8.99 are a bargain. I'm not a fan of the skin on chips but they taste ok nothing special, toilets on site on the ground floor.
Went their with my girlfriend and we had a really nice time as we did the previous time we went there, food was well cooked and also the waitress Perm was very helpful, pleasant ro talk to and created a really happy vibe within the restaurant 👍🏻
Really friendly staff. Lovely carvery with lots of choice. I always have thick gravy made without me asking. Mike and David at walsall are so friendly.
Food was amazing, service was slow due to only one person on the bar but the young lady was pleasant and doing her best
