Great Staff and Service but I can’t rate the food. Had a variety of starters and mains and they were no better than what you would get from a random takeaway. The atmosphere, service and cocktails were great but the menu is way over rated.

Last time I came the experience wasn’t 10/10 but was definitely made up this time, I was sat on a table close to the bar and the lady who served us was wonderful. 5£ cocktails what a bargain the woman knew her stuff was even pushing us to drink which was lovely to hear!!! Keep that woman in the job definitely uplifted the night for us.
Food wise we didn’t order too much as we just wanted to pick at food and it was lovely I do say myself.

I had the pleasure of being served by Demi at TGI Fridays in Walsall, and I must say, she made our dining experience truly exceptional.
Demi's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she took the time to patiently answer all our questions and offer recommendations. Her enthusiasm for the food and drinks was contagious, and it definitely enhanced our dining experience.
What truly stood out, though, was Demi's genuine hospitality. She engaged in friendly conversation, making us feel like valued guests. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our evening at TGI Fridays memorable, and we left with smiles on our faces.
Demi is a true asset to the restaurant, and I highly recommend asking for her the next time you dine there.

First time here with my husband and really enjoyed it, friendly atmosphere, great food, reasonably priced, the lovely waitress Demi was really helpful, polite and professional, made us feel welcome, we will definitely be returning.

This was my first time going to this restaurant in England. It is a bit pricey. The portions were ok but a bit stingy with the toppings. The food was good. It was served hot and delicious. The customer service was good. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They were out of guacamole and only gave me three small tortillas. I ate the rest of the chicken by itself. There were no free refills on drinks. I recommend this location.
