First time eating here...yes I have been living under a rock but, I'm glad that when I ventured out we came to nosh here. Sure, the food is a bit generic but it's still worth exercising your gob muscles. Plus the staff that were on during the night of our visit were lovely, and service was quick. Recommended, if you' re not looking for fancy 👍

Been a while since I visited this restaurant. And boy have I missed it. If you order the ultimate grill you won't be disappointed. Medium rare rump steak cooked to perfection, chicken breast butterflied and tasted great, and the ribs are good fresh ribs, not some pre cooked packet ribs you warm up. Real tasty ribs where the meat just falls of the bone. Super tasty marinade over them too. If you love bacon and cheese, you got to have the cheesy bacon fries. You get quite a heaped sized mountain of them and they are to die for. The Apple pie is amazing, perfect sized portion with a little hot pot of fresh custard to pour over. The filling in the pie is great, not overly sour but gives a perfect bitter sweet balance in taste. Drinks can be expensive but that's expected in a food chain. But if mixed drinks and cocktails are your poison then you'll love Thier version of a purple rain. Its highly addictive after few sips and they make great pitchers if your with a party of people. Staff are extremely attentive, and always quick to respond, always happy always smiling. It's very rare you see waiters who enjoy that particular position in a restaurant but here at this Frankie's, the staff must be treated extremely well because it easily shows when being attended to them. They pull out all the stops to give you a very pleasant experience and you never leave unhappy. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend getting the Frankie's app on your mobile devices. Visited with my parents on National Burger Day, took part in the deal that was going on, the food as per was great. This time however we had an amazing Waitress by the name of Danielle, she was very attentive, and really was the embodiment of what customer service should be. Easily went above and beyond, making sure that everything was perfect for us amending the orders as necessary. She was also delightfully chatty and made us laugh. 10/10 best waitress around, would visit again just because of her!

Staff were lovely with quick service. Food was nice but burger wasn't amazing, was well done in some places and medium done in others but was nice. The BBQ chicken didn't look appealing but my partner said it was good. Only got 2 onion rings though. The fries were amazing. The garlic bread had zero flavour and was really soggy and oily. The waffle was soggy and had very little flavour, apart from the load of chocolate on top and the fudge cake was super moist and tasted great. Cocktails were amazing. I'd go again but not pay full price.
