We went there together with our friends and family(group of 13) to celebrate our civil wedding, the food was spot on, reasonable sized portions and on a very convenient price. We would like to say a big thank you to Anna and Molly who provided a great customer service on the day, always helpfull and always smiling. Also thank you to the kitchen and all the other staff that made our small dinner celebration even more special. I highly recomend this establishment and definitely will return whenever we are in the area. Iwould give more stars but unfortunately 5 is maximum

Spacious carlucccios restaurant serving Italien classics.
Service was fast and friendly and food was nice.
It’s a bit on the pricey side but at the moment they are doing a 50% promotion on main dishes which is excellent value.

Just had one of the best seafood linguine ever at Carluccio's, Walton on Thames. Beautifully presented, absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. Was served by a lovely waitress by the name of Anna and spoke with the charming manager who is usually based at branch in Richmond. Lovely experience

Wonderful restaurant, me and my partner love to go here on holiday. Had the beef ragu this time, although I also recommend the steaks and the carbonara. It would be better if the ragu had more meat, but that would be my only negative comment.

Food was really good as was the service. Was surprisingly quiet for a sunny weekend lunchtime, not that I'm complaining!

Stopped of for a quick lunch at Carluccios and had great service from Stella. Food was good and service was quick. More importantly she, on finding out that food allergies were potentially an issue, checked ingredients in everything we were having carefully . Stella even explained that she couldn't risk putting a lemon slice in my drink as it had been in a container with orange slices so could have been cross contaminated. Great awareness and initiative- thank-you Stella for bring so careful.

Busy...but efficient and pleasant waiter orepared a table for us after 5 minutes wait in a busy (full) restaueant. Had lasangna and will try specislity dish next time. A pleasant visit.

I love carluccio's the vegetarian options are good too (pasta with spinach balls - I forget the name) they also sell specialty foods such as rum soaked chocolate figs, coffee and chocolate
