I ordered twice for extra chicken and extra pepperoni on two separate pizzas. Checkout the picture. No extra chicken or pepperoni arrived. The third time I didn't ask for extra. I used to love Papa John's pizzas. I don't order anymore.
I’ve been coming here for years, and today the new manager really impressed me. He was genuinely friendly, gave me an excellent pizza, and the prices are very fair. It’s great to see such positive energy and care for customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I visited Papa John’s today and was really impressed with the service! The girl at the counter was super friendly, quick, and helpful. She made sure my order was perfect and even double-checked everything with a smile. Great customer service. thank you for making my visit such a good one!
Forgot half my order when they delivered it the first time. They said they would give me a free pizza next time as an apology. I called a few weeks later to get my free pizza and they told me to ring back in 10 mins and then ignored the rest of my calls.
