We’re loving the new Hersham branch. Delightful bread that keeps fresh and tastes wonderful. The poppy seed loaf is the best we’ve tasted.
Just one criticism - based on the food hygiene rating of 5, shouldn’t the staff be wearing plastic gloves when they’re handling unwrapped bread and loose money which, as we all know, is full of dirt & germs?

I regularly get both freshly cooked and pre-prepared sandwiches from GBM - both at the Halfway and in Hersham. In my opinion they are the best around.

Edited, I before gave it 2 stars due to only having 1 piece of bacon in a big beaugette, but I just got a bap and had plenty, roll tasted amazing and bacon was cooked perfectly, everyone's attitude was so good and friendly.... Well done everyone

Good bakery especially for bread. Was really sad there was only jam doughnuts (I'd seen other doughnuts on their Instagram).
Although my doughnut was huge and tasty as was our coffee, my mum got a almond croissant and it wasn't filled which we thought was unusual. Staff were friendly. Would certainly recommend if you wanted artisan breads like sourdough, rye etc. They also do good savory treats like sausage rolls and nice sandwiches.
Since I make my own bread and it's quite a drive to get to, unless I know there are special doughnuts on the menu I doubt I'll return.

Our daughter sent a hamper for Father's Day, it arrived nice & early, is beautiful packaged. The contents look delicious, only thing missing, there should always be a little gingerbread man. 🙂

Excellent bakery and shop, also in Addlestone. Well run, clean and the staff are all lovely. The speciality sausage roll are top-notch. The Gingerbread Man himself is a bit of a dude, and ginger!
