Staff is amazing , polite , and always so sweet! The coffee is always PERFECTLY made 👌🏻 I do just want to say the cream cheese bagels needs to be fully spread with cream cheese, mine barely had any and it was disappointing. Other than the Lack of cream cheese on the “cream cheese bagel” I look forward to positive change !! 🥯

It's a Dunkin. Somehow they seem to always only have chocolate munchkins when I go. Staff is usually pretty chill but one girl was awfully annoyed when I ordered more than just a hot chocolate. Things are stressful though so I get it.

As of June 2020, the service has gotten much quicker and the drinks much better. Prior to March 2020, it was not close to being as good. Whatever you changed, keep it going!

Always VERY slow service. Long wait even at off times (5pm on a Saturday and the place is dead and I'm currently in line for 10 minutes). Management needs to get it together... 5 people working inside should be able to take care of a total of 3 drive thru customers.

BEYOND SLOW! I was in drive thru line for 15 minutes this morning. There were only 3 cars total. A large Iced Coffee is $ 4.00. That’s the most I paid for Dunkin coffee in my life.
