We travel from Abingdon to get fish & chips from here as they are cooked perfectly & fresh. The staff are always polite and friendly in what must be a stressful, busy & hot environment!

The best fish and chips in the Didcot/Wantage/Abingdon area. I drive across from Harwell because your fish and chips and considerably better than anything in Didcot.

Best and only chippy in Grove. Standard fish and chips & pea fritters are 7-8 out of 10 depending on the freshness of the chips. Not a fan of anything else on the menu.

Love the food here. All the staff are very friendly. Food is always piping hot aswell as good portion sizes and great prices. 👍🏻

The fish and chips is literally some of the best I've had. We go regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else locally. I have no idea why they don't operate an electronic ticket system with a number to display though. They expect everyone to wait outside and simply shout names out. It works as a system, but only just!

It is one of the best fish and chips I have been to for quality (and quantity) of the fish and chips. They get very busy unsurprisingly, but food never takes too long, and service is very friendly. It is a take out only.
