Made to feel very welcome when we entered as others have said. This was my second visit and again this was for lunch. Food is excellent and the service matches this. Prices are very reasonable X5 adults having starters and mains for £170 …
Food was very yummy. Went for a family meal. The service was brilliant and the prices were also good. Definitely go again when in the area. We all had mains, pudding and a couple of drinks each.

Wonderful pub. Lunched there today , did not book ( they prefer bookings as it gets busy) welcomed in , and had a great lunch, efficient, friendly, super food and good beer, all in a wonderful atmosphere and in a beautiful village. Well …
