Very often we visit here, lovely staff. Always clean, nice to children (chat to them etc) nothing is too much trouble and very attentive

Super friendly, very efficient and accommodating. Highly recommend, can get busy between 12 and 1pm for work lunch but normally not a long wait.

It's my local Costa. So I'd love to give it glowing reviews and normally I would. But I had a bad experience recently. Hopefully that isn't a sign of it slipping. Maybe I'll change my review in the future.

The service is fast & friendly.
My coffee was delicious.
I was able to work peacefully on my laptop. What more could I want?! 5 stars, would recommend if looking for a decent place to sit and a good latte.

A typical Costa selling the usual Costa offerings. Nice size this one considering its location in an old town. Has a few tables out the front, a few in the windows and lots going back in to the shop. Staff were helpful and friendly and place was very clean. There are a couple of steps up from the pavement but they do have a ramp should you need it, just ask and they will assist.

Very spacious and is air conditioned which a life saver on hot day - 1 star couple of times has been luke warm instead hot 🔥 but they do make u another is ask but is OK most of the time

I'm a regular visitor to Costa in Ware and am always made to feel welcome by Hamid and the team. Very quick service and a clean environment in which to enjoy a caffeine hit!

Typical Costa, good location, some outside seats, plenty of inside seating. Service is a bit slow, but not because of the people, the system Costa has for making coffee is slow.
