Nice venue in Ware. It was a very busy Friday night. But the staff were doing their best and doing a good job. We only had drinks. But they were very nice and the cocktails we had were wel made and tasted great.
Will go back again

Awesome roast in a cosy atmosphere. Lovely staff and the place has a kind ethos. Tonight we heard a production of Julius Caesar in their makeshift theatre which was FANTASTIC. It’s on all weekend if you get chance. Two brilliant young actors and such clever staging. Highly recommended.

Had one of the best roast dinners here. Lots of food and roast potatoes cooked in beef dripping 😋

Excellent mid week roasts for an incredible price. The decor could be improved - it would be friendlier with a bit of paint on the walls. However
the food is a winner.

After hearing lots of positive comments from friends we finally got to visit The Mixer.
It feels more like someones home than a bar/restaurant with its stripped bare walls, flowers hanging from the ceiling and a casual its time to relax vibe.
When it comes to Sunday lunch this can be hit or miss. On this occasion, it was definitely a big hit! with a simple menu of 2 items per course. They also didn't scrimp on the portions either. Best of all they are dog friendly and both of our furry friends enjoyed their Sunday lunch probably more than we did.

Visited with family. Staff brilliant and very likeable. The food was excellent, well cooked and enjoyed by us all and a very good price. We shall be visiting again. Thanks to all. Highly recommended.

The mid week roast was actually very good and plenty of it. Drinks are a little expensive tho. The sevice was a little slow but they were very busy but staff were friendly.

It's one of my favourite places to come.... At the moment they are doing a midweek roast for £4.95 and it really is good... Freshly made, yourkshire pudding and amazing crispy roasts.... Can't fault it!
We have also been here and enjoyed their live music nights it has such a great atmosphere... We'll worth a visit

Booked a dinner here in December and had the Christmas pre-booked menu. Fantastic and well presented food. Great flavours and good portion size. Price range ££ but worth the cost. The food was so good we also had to get a dessert. As we had pre-booked and it was mid week, we received our food very quickly, and complimentary Prosecco. The staff were friendly, chatty and helpful. Mid week this place is quieter for dinner (which I prefer) but you tend to have few ladies come in for cocktails and a chat. On Fridays/Saturdays, this place is buzzing with life and the local 20-40 something's. The cocktails are great and there are some nice non standard beer choices such as Kozel and beers from the London Brewery. The decor is vintage, unique and cosy. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks for making our dinner so romantic!

Mid week roast - rarely find a roast with nothing that could be improved on. But this was great. Meat perfectly cooked, roasts were best Ive had & veg in family serve style bowls helped too. Drinks knock the bill back up to nearer a usual price but the deal got us in the door and found a new favourite. And its to be expected when somewhere has such low prices on an offer. Great place, definitely going back
