We stayed the night B&B. We had one of the attic rooms which we found to be very much to our taste with its reused floor boards as wall panelling and the bath at the foot of the bed [the loo was separate :-)]. The room had lovely views of the church yard over the road with its resident sheep. The bed was very comfortable and we especially appreciated the complimentary decanter of port, kettle, coffee machine and copious coffee pods, tea bags and milk in the fridge on the landing. For dinner I had pie of the day (chicken & mushroom) and I requested chips instead of mashed potato. The pie and spring greens were excellent and, while not cold, I would have preferred the chips to be a bit hotter. In the morning we both had the English breakfast and that also was excellent. The Woolpack is a free house and at the time that we stayed there they had two Romney Marsh Brewery ales - I tried both and they were both excellent and well kept. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend the Woolpack for group events! We were a 13 person hens party and we spent a wonderful 4-5 hours at the Woolpack following a day of pampering at the nearby Green Farm. We had a private area which the Woolpack was more than happy for us to decorate as we wished. Ed’s communication was seamless and the service on the night was excellent. Extremely easy going pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff!

Loved the place from the moment of arrival and knew within the first 20 minutes that it's heading for a 5 star review. This pub/inn stands out because of the special atmosphere due to a lot of beautiful design choices that keep the 16th century charm while making the pub super trendy. We are a 50+ couple but found that the place was packed with younger couples and groups (<35). Menu and bar caters for everyone. Staff very attentive. Booked B&B and staying in charming Niddy room. Loved the stylish and healthy cooked breakfast. And have a look at the outdoor area (see pics).

Super lovely pub. The food selection was really good, as the vegan burger and chips was very tasty. The staff were really friendly and the log burning fire added a cosy touch

Absolutely delicious food. Especially the home made scotch eggs. Beautiful old pub. You can always judge a place on its loos too and the loos were lovely too! Had a lovely afternoon.

We have just had a very enjoyable stay at The Woolpack Inn. Great staff and excellent food. We loved the delightfully quirky rustic shabby chic charm of our room but I could see that if you are a finicky sort of person and prefer modern facilities then the rooms may not be for you. We had an excellent night's sleep. The stairs leading up to the rooms may be a bit of a challenge if you have any difficulty using stairs. They are quite steep and twisty.

We went here because it was on our way back to our holiday camp site. What a find. Beautiful pub in a beautiful village with lovely views. Food was excellent. Excellent staff. I would recommend this pub if your in this area.

First visit last night and booked to go again before we left. Beautiful country pub which I can imagine would be great in winter with a log fire going and summer with the amazing outside tables. You have to see them to understand. Service was friendly and relaxed with exactly the right balance of being attentive but not rushed. Head chef Dave and his team are at the top of their game. Starters of ham hock terrine and chicken liver parfait looked beautiful and tasted great. Mains of skate wing and goan curry were out of this world. Clever use of local suppliers, imagination and a whole lot of skill mean the kitchen are sending out really great food. Prices are spot on as well. Can't wait to come back or our Sunday roast.

Located in the middle of the Kent countryside in a very quaint Kent village called Warehorne, The Woolpack Inn (a 18th Century pub) is a fantastic location with some of the best food I've tasted I have the fish and chips and never tasted batter so crispy and so light and the fish being freshly caught the same day. The head chef I believe is Michelin certified but I could be wrong. I fully recommend this place!

My husband and I with friends visited the Woolpack yesterday (8th June) and had a splendid meal. Our compliments to the chef. Well worth a visit for anybody looking for something special.
