I visited Dining at 412 last weekend for lunch. Not only was the food incredible but the service was also top notch. Would definitely recommend if you're ever in the area!
Strange cappucino the froth was so aerated it was very 80s. Ordered the avo on toast with bacon and seeds. There where like 3 seeds not much avo and the bacon was very pale and just not really cooked enough. Lovely decor but the food just wasn’t up to the same standard :/
Had a cappuccino here. Nice place on warlingham village green. Inside and outside tables. Card payments accepted. Minus 1 star for dirty teaspoon but otherwise all good.

The food was fabulous, and the venue easily fitted in the 30-plus guests with little ones and prams.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure the event ran smoothly, with nothing too much trouble.
I can honestly say I will be booking this little gem again in the future 👍
Called in for breakfast as a treat, wasn’t disappointed. Had the crayfish cocktail, delicious , fresh and great value for money, staff were lovely and very efficient. Cafe has a lovely atmosphere and decor. Finished off with a nice cooling iced mocha, also great value for money. Have recommended to friends and family and will definitely return.
Such an amazing, beautiful cafe during the day and bar/restaurant in the evening, came here with my fiancé who had never been and he loved it. Can’t recommend the food enough and we were so looked after. Kayleigh was so attentive during our visit and picked out a gorgeous wine for us that was just to our taste. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!
Food delicious, had crayfish cocktail on toast, very impressed by amount of crayfish, avocado etc. Tea and hot choc served nice and hot and presented in lovely glass mugs. We loved our visit today and will be back soon, waitresses were very friendly and chatty. 👌
Firstly a smile cost's nothing.. i ordered a takeaway coffee with cream, it was terrible! If I wasn't running behind time I would have taken it back a complained.
