Absolutely wonderful place to stay and eat. Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. The food was good, with a wide choice of dishes, only sorry we couldnt stay for sunday lunch. The rooms were spotlessly clean
Really dog friendly (as opposed to dog tolerant) especially as we have 3 - 2 large standard Poodles and a Cockerpoo - and often find it hard to find a place that will take 3 dogs. Really recommend a stay.

We came across this gem while on a bike ride. Not our local area so was a welcome stop off for some lunch.
The food we both ordered was burgers. We agreed hands down one of the best burgers we've ever had. Amazing.

Lovely little find out a countryside walk. Stopped for lunch. Nice little garden. Service was friendly and food was delicious, although slightly overpriced. Would recommend and return but maybe only for a special occasion given the cost.

Stopped in by chance en route to Lyme Regis and it was amazing. Lovely food, great staff and very dog friendly. We’ll be back!

A location for a birthday meal on Sunday so a nice selection of food and drink. The staff went above and beyond looking after us and ensuring that the occasion went smoothly, which it did. The food was really lovely and all dishes eaten hit a high standard I would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent country pub. Visited in January where nothing really looks it's best, but this is a lovely setting. I was slightly worried by not many vegetarian options on the menu but in reality can you ask for a veg version of any dish. Really worth a visit.

This was off the beaten path, but it was a beautiful drive to get there. Room and bathroom were ample size. Mine was upstairs and had a few of the farmers field with alpacas. It was quiet without road noise. Lee, the hotel manager was very delightful and full of good stories. Both our dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Very friendly and helpful people there, comfy and clean rooms, good food, overall nice atmosphere. We were only staying overnight for a nearby family birthday (thanks for the wine to give to birthday boy, that was really kind of you!) but this place was a nice little find, very pleasant.
