We ate here yesterday, and everything exceeded our expectations. Really varied menu with lots of choice. We had both savoury and sweet pancakes (shared) and all of them were absolutely delicious!! So lovely we forgot to take photos!! At first we thought it was a 'dessert' place but it's not. Go for breakfast, lunch or dessert and you won't be disappointed!! I have never seen so many happy, smiley staff in one place. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and get on with everyone else. It rubbed off and created a lovely atmosphere to dine in. Would highly recommend a visit here if you're coming to Center Parcs, Longleat.

We loved our pancakes and waffles. Lots of different flavours to chose from, the strawberries and cream were lovely as were the chocolate stack. There wasn’t any difference in the Cookie Monster pancakes to others so I would recommend ordering something else instead. The kids menu makes it seem like you can only order the meal deal for £8, but on the app there is the option to just order a main or dessert. We wanted to just order ice cream for the kids but there wasn’t the option, instead we had to add it as an extra to the pancakes. Food arrived promptly cooked freshly in less than 20 minutes. You have to put your number, address and full name into the app and create an account to order which is annoying. I’m unlikely to visit many pancake houses, so why should I need to hand over all my personal information to order my food. There should be a guest check out option. Couldn’t fault the staff, they were friendly, efficient and do offer the option to order with them - although the app is encouraged first. Food was delicious and we would book here again if we return to centre parks.

Booked breakfast online, were not charged secure deposit like some other places. OMG the Pancakes were absolutely the Best. For younger member was given options of kids menu or an adult, plus crayons and fun sheet, which was fun to play and colour in while waiting for order. Had American style pankaces- Banoffee stack, Desert Pancakes- Ultimate chocolate and Caramel Crunch, Belgium Style waffle- Ultimate Chocolate. I had the Banoffee stack and can honestly say the best 🥞 ever. All customers seemed really happy with their choices. Thank you very much for the tasty breakfast. Most definitely will be back for more next time Forgot to say that you order via barcode, online like most places these days.

Great place to go for lunch, wide variety of pancakes both savory and sweet, servings are generous, and service is almost always prompt even when they are busy. During the summer the tables out on the terrace offer wonderful views down to the lake. As with all the restaurants in the park the prices are a little dear.

Great Food and Service creating Unforgettable Family Memories. I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Pancake House during our family's mid-week break at Center Parcs, Longleat, and I must say, the experience of the re-furbished restaurant was as good, if not better than our previous visits. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that lasted throughout our visits for lunch and return on the last day for breakfast. What truly sets The Pancake House apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about ensuring our dining experience was memorable. The team took the time to accommodate our dietary requirements with ease, and even helped us to secure a booking for another restaurant during our stay - Thank you Lucy and Heather. Overall, The Pancake House at Center Parcs, Longleat, deserves every bit of praise it receives. The combination of good food, good service, and a good ambiance creates a memorable dining experience whatever the weather. I cannot recommend this place enough and know we will be back whenever we visit Center Parcs in the future.

Great service, very friendly server. Didn’t see a menu on google reviews for gluten free so glad to have photographed one for all the coeliacs like myself. The amount on the gluten free menu was fantastic and made me feel very included, the gluten free came out at the same time as well which normally doesn’t happen! The pancake itself was gluten free and massive! All in all was good for coeliacs. I think to make it 5 stars it would be open later and a little extra ice cream and sauce 👌

The pancakes here are freshly made to order and brilliant quality and value considering everything is freshly made me and my partner ordered 1 regular and 1 small pancake stacks with 2 large fruit juices for £17.50. It is laid out very well with plenty of staff to provide quick and efficient service. The tables and chairs are clean and plently of highchairs for little ones. IF YOUR STAYING AT LONGLEAT CENTRE PARCS THEN COME AND TRY THESE HOT AND DELICIOUS PANCAKES.
