Lovely en suite room. Brilliant Indian food in the restauran, freshly cooked. The Continental breakfast left something to be desired. We'd go back again though.

There's some reviews on here about stained carpets etc and yes there is, but the thing that needs to be remembered first off is before covid alot of contractors stayed here and still do, but who cares about the carpets it's not part of your own room you just walk on it. The rooms are a tad small but enough space and the TV's are from the stone age but hey you can watch something right? I have attached a photo of my room too, there is some space behind me as I took the photo from the bathroom and all the rooms are very similar bar the slightly bigger ones. The old Italian menu has gone and been replaced with a curry (I can't comment on how nice it is but there are reviews and pictures here to show this) They've invested in a 2nd bar called the blu bar which has music, lovely seating, sky sports, pool table, and it's just a pleasant place to be to chill out. The car park is a decent size but it's shared with a pharmacist or a doctors something like that the locals will know. There's a tesco extra literally half a mile down the road too which is a bonus

Very quiet, nice clean room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ideal location for stopping near work in Warrington. Food was good. The room had an ensuite with shower. Left the windows on the latch and still quite warm under the duvet. TV kept switching itself on which was really weird so ended up switching it off at the wall, no biggie. There waslenty of parking. Altogether a pleasant one night stay.

We stayed here overnight, having visited before we didn't hesitate to go back. Our room had a sofa as well as our double bed which made it extra comfortable We had our evening meal which was very reasonably priced and tasty. We were given extractea/milk when required and was offered a 3 course breakfast which was excellent. Everything was covid safe and we will visit again soon

I can't believe this is only a 2 star rated hotel. The room I stayed in was superb, great decor and clean. I didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities, but walked through this area to the check-in desk. Judging by what I saw I would have no problem dining or drinking at this hotel. Service at check-in was good, no problems. There is an area to the right of the hotel with ample car parking.

We came for the restaurant and were very pleased with the service. My two children and I were very happy with the food and the kids ate most all of their meals. I finished every single bit and my steak was cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing family run hotel. Staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for me when I needed to be in Warrington at short notice to visit my nan in hospital. They looked after me day and night and we so accomodating. The food in the restaurant is OUTSTANDING - Proper homemade Italian food (and I should know I lived in Italy for a while) the restaurant deserves to be busier. Everything about the hotel was absolutely spotless. I mean immaculate. I've seen 5 star hotels less clean than Villaggio. The drinks in the bar are great, the breakfast (made to order) is absolutely incredible. Seriously seriously impressed. After a lifetime working in travel and hotels I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. (Hint: even if you are on your own the Bridal Suite is a bargain at £80 including breakfast). I just wanted to thank all the staff for looking after me (and briefly my mum) during such horrible circumstances. Unfortunately my nan passed away a few days ago, but I wanted to say thank you to all of you at the hotel for making such a tough time a little easier. You are very valued and appreciated and you do an incredible job. A gem of a hotel.

We went here to celebrate a family members 90th birthday, there was a large group of us but could not fault the service with everyone receiving meals around the same time. Lovely restaurant, beautiful food, great value, relaxed atmosphere and not rushed at all. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Have visited several times now, including Christmas Day and never been disappointed
