Staff were more interested in their own conversations than paying attention to the order and speed of service, drink was average. Much prefer the Costa in Next, staff seem to care about the drinks there.
Awful service. The laziest staff ever. Hot 4 orders wrong and took 25 minutes to take our order. Avoid! You could walk to the Starbucks and back in the time it takes to get served here. Seriously bad!
Came into this Costa for the first time as friends of mine come here & said how clean & tidy it was & how lovely the staff were & they weren't wrong. They were so polite & friendly and even helped carry my order to the table. …
By far the worst Costa I’ve ever visited. The female member of staff was so rude, put a real downer on the entire cinema visit. Horrible experience.
Worst coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted like dirty water. Maybe they should clean out the coffee machine before firing it up. Two sandwiches and two medium cappuccinos at a ridiculous price, especially for that kind of quality!
Shelves were bare. No choice of food whatsoever.
