Afternoon Tea was booked as a surprise Mothers Day treat!! And what a treat it was!! The service was brilliant from start to finish and the food was delicious! The Scones were gorgeous and not dry! There was plenty of choice on the sandwich plate also. Highly recommend a pop in.
Always drove past here and always wanted to try it. They serve breakfast, sandwiches and soup. Afternoon tea is on the menu as well but we had sandwiches 🥪
They also had deserts and old school toffee selection.

Had a fantastic bridal shower at the tea room. The staff were really helpful, before during and after our event. They closed the tea room to the public and allowed me in early to decorate. They were really helpful and friendly, keeping us informed of what was happening with our food order (afternoon tea for 20!). They took some lovely group photos of us all too. Everyone said how lovely the food was and what a lovely time they'd had. Would definitely recommend
Basic plain old English tea room, which I understand as it’s the style but I think the food menu could be a slightly bit more exciting, especially if your eating no meat you are very much stuck to eggs and toast, I love the effects and vibe of the place just think the food choices could do with some updating
Very quaint tearoom with decent food. I had quiche of the day which tasted home made. And I liked the look of my partner's home made soup.
Great place for breakfast,lunch or just a coffee the cakes and scones are very nice and lovely staff.

AMAZING PLACE WITH THE MOST KIND AND CARING STAFF! I never leave reviews, but I just had to! I’m a first time mum, this was my first outing alone to go out to eat. I drove past the tea room and it look really nice so I decided to go in, as soon as I got to the door with the pram, the lady greeted me helped me through the door and moved chairs out the way and sat me at a table with ease, the staff were extremely friendly and caring. I ordered a full English with a pot of tea, the food was amazing and the presentation of the food was lovely. After the food I decided to take away a lemon drizzle cake for later (WOW THE BEST LEMON DRIZZLE I HAVE EVER TASTED).
I would 100% recommend and I will be going back more often. The place was such a nice environment to be in. Credit to the staff / owner.
Great little cafe and the food and service was amazing, we will be back especially that we not from the area. The sweet shop was lovely to. The young ladies serving us were so polite.
