Just a thought but when buying food at this luxury establishment was hoping for food to be cooked not raw wormed up or left out on hours on end just to be sold to a customer had get a refund multiple times now I also feal as if food that's not up to scratch should be bined
Worst customer service ever, 3 employees and 2 of them just stood with a blank look on their face.
The young girl server (phoebe) is clearly not made for a customer service job
Greggs is fine if you like cold food. "Sorry, we can't warm up that sausage roll, it's against the rules". "Sorry, we can't make you a toastie, we've turned the oven off, even though we don't close for 45 minutes" OK! I'll go somewhere else then. Happens all the time
Can sometimes be low on certain things if you go later in the day but other than that it's a great place to grab lunch on the move. Sausage & Bean pasties are AMAZING
